>>19329634>>19333742>>19333743>[Sola doesn't hate the feeling of Priscilla on her lips, but -- that's a line she wasn't wanting or willing to cross. Not now.]As Priscilla so abruptly turns away to advance her position on Carmody -- the suddenness not lost at all on the yellowjacket rookie -- Sola puts down her drink and shuffles off toward the end of the couch. She doesn’t let go of Priscilla's hand. It is still kinda... comforting. But there is no more stroking or needless touching. To think someone like Priscilla Divine, and even Carmody Jefferson would look at the small-town Dojo girl with any sort of admiration makes her re-think a lot of things, and if Priscilla says Sola looks good, and maybe more importantly if *that* look in Carmody's eyes says the same, then she's going to believe it.
Sola can only nod as Carmody expressed so much more eloquently the things Sola was trying to say. The words had bounced around in Sola's head for some time, but every response just felt like it missed the mark. Sola Fire came from very little in her life, and she's doing her best to make it on her own. Hopefully this will be with Carmody Jefferson by her side. And surprisingly, she hopes to do it with Priscilla DiVanna-Eriksen, too.
On the TV, Nikki Kade has been defeated. There is no 'Coco', Sola is sure of that. Just another Kade trick to disarm opponents or drum up LonelyFans subscribers. There are so many things -- *so many things* -- Sola wants to say about Nikki freakin' Kade. But Priscilla seems content with the moment, and Sola keeps them to herself. The day may come when perhaps she is proven right, and the 'I told you so' is going echo through the halls of an empty Mansion. But for now, if Priscilla Divine can be friends with Sola Fire, then... maybe there's a chance the same is true for Lightning Nika, Sapphire and even Nikki Kade.
"Wait, me? I don't need to be in your video to those two, do I?"
