>>18397386That's my main gripe with rabbit meat. It requires lots of cooking and preparation, and you must elaborate some sort of sauce, so it doesn't end up super dry. It's not something that you can drop on a pan with some spices and just make something quick.
Now, these days I'm mainly a raw meat eater since I read Aajonus Vonderplanitz's book.
I just realized that rabbit is one of the few common meats I still haven't tried raw.
Thanks to this thread I'm going to go to Mercadona tomorrow and buy an entire rabbit (pic related) just to eat it raw.
I guess OP would've never expected that, lmao.
