I took pic related, which was a blood test, as well as a stool sample test from the same company (called Gut Health under the Testing tab). My doc ordered and went over the results with me and was able to make recommendations for diet changes and supplements based on the results. It's worth mentioning that the improvements didn't happen immediately but over the course of quite a few months, but it improved everything I'd struggled with for years related to mood/energy/anxiety/ecezma/acne/asthma. If you decide to pursue it, I'd recommend doing some reading of your own and attempting to find a doc that has experience with this stuff.
