i'm too ill to find out which people should live in which places. i live basically in a ddr/soviet style lots of families blockhouse place. i don't even dislike it, they can be layed out so the people inside have a view at something, but even these are wrong. basically we need skyscrapers and big villas, "normal" housing is wasting and only acceptable at luxurious places. but who occupies them? barely anyone has a clue here who goes where. and the luxury places could be skyscrapers too basically, so that many people have something from it.
