Explain how police and law enforcement can take down sites and people on the visible surface web that sells drugs or prostitution? The internet is not as all untouchable and inescapable as it seems unless you're a techie guy and will have to resort to the dark web like TOR but then you're just part of the minority and normies don't have time to study in detail what to do to go there for that shit.
There are so many ways to regulate the internet. You can ban hosting providers under penalty of hosting certain programs or information. You can go after DNS providers to not allow DNS servers for certain products like social media apps like Facebook or some shit. You can penalize hosting services if they go out of line. Like I said, people are part of the problem. You got addicted to what the internet offers unchecked and unregulated, so you want to get hooked to it no matter what. I know what I said sounds draconian but it's the only way to stem the tide before it's too late. The future is bleak with all this shit I see around in no part thanks to social media.
