wood must be selected and dried
you must cut it
you must plane it
you must carefully select and position slats minding the fiber orientation
you must glue them together
you must put them in a press frame
you must plane it again several times
you must sand it several times
congratulations now you have a decent board.
it's real wood and despite it being dried to the ideal point it can move, twist, bend even as you work it with a router.
the larger it is the more it's guaranteed to warp over time.
anyway you have to make it a nice finish.
lacquers stain/mordant will ruffle the top layer of fibers.
you must apply it in multiple layers, sanding after each layer until the final one dries without fuckup.
the chip jew:
>25% air>15% glue>55% wood chips from workshop garbage DONE
there aren't enough and there aren't any professional craftsmen. real wood is unaffordable to the wageslave masses in the kike's industrial world.
