Ex-girlfriend accuses guy of rape. Says they were drinking at her place, she blacked out, and found a short sex video on her phone the next day showing him “having sex with her while unconscious.”
But the guy has bank receipts + taxi logs showing they were out late — got food, took a cab, came back. Only a 15–20 minute gap between getting home and the video timestamp.
In the video:
No face, just a hand and genitals.
She’s mostly still, but not fully unconscious — some movement is visible.
Forensics couldn’t confirm identity.
She didn’t go to police for rape at first — she called them about “emotional abuse.”
Then a few days later, she changed it to rape.
Now she’s not testifying live — she’s doing pre-recorded video cross because she’s “too vulnerable.”
