There is not enough humans on Planet earth to build a Galactic Empire. We (humanity) needs to stop killing each other in war and in crime and economically and romantically and reserve our manpower for where it is truly needed. There is so much land for us to occupy if we just look up. Too much. A problem America has always face and is uniquely experienced in solving- the problem of too much land and too few people.
