>be fatass>started to feel depressed after almost 1 year of almost never ending lockdowns and spending 90% of my awake hours in front of 2 pc's (1 = personal pc, 2 = work pc, both in the same room)>decide to at least use my life in prison more productively>cut off sugars (= max intake is a 1/2 chocolate per week)>cut off caffeine (= max intake is 2 cups / week)>cut off porn (no mercy, absolute zero)>cut off fapping (no mercy, absolute zero)>cut off repetitive / addictive vidya (= I only play like 2 hours/ week, mostly single strategy or rpg games)>started meditation (minimum 3 times / week)>started sleeping early / waking up early>started doing 30 mins of workout every morning prior to my wagecucking sessionmy results after 1 month of doing so:
>have lost 5kg (from 102kg to 97kg)>my back & leg pain are gone>my depression is somewhat gone>my body is started to feels more fit / healthy>my snoring stoppedI'm also planning to get my bicycle for service so that I can start going walks with it once again (after almost a decade of inactivity)
