Reminds me of the Ottoman conquest of Hungary when the general sent a letter to the sultan saying "send reinforcements, because there's no way this was the entire army. It has to be some sort of ploy to set us up for an ambush." It was the entire army.

"magyars" fought against turks so good, that Judapest err. Buda and Pest were under turkish rule for like 150 yrs. while magyar cygans were hiding in slovakian mountains, Romanians fight turks.
