If you're out and about, keep a low profile "gray man" appearance and blend in with other civvies. Don't attract attention to yourself ( Showing too much skin, bright colors, obviously brand new clothing) . Use concealed plates under civilian clothing if possible. If you're out doing dirty work, then gear up.

The government is not your friend. DO NOT be tempted to go the the FEMA camp.

Stock up on books and literature with survival techniques. (How to make fire, shelter, clean water, forage for food, hunt, homesteading, etc.)
