I've come to realize 70 percent of the food at Kroger is pure slop and I need to consciously avoid throwing slop into the shopping cart because I'm eager to gtfo the normie-infested supermarket. Instead of blowing money on stupid shit like netflix subscriptions or a 24-pack of Pepsi cans, its better to pay up for quality beef, quality produce, basically try to get a good brand and not the cheapest generic brand option, optimal physical health is more important than saving a few dollars. This is what I try to keep in mind. I need to get off those Marie Calendar TV dinner meals. Something tastes off about them. Most of what you buy should be from the produce section. Stop being lazy, buy raw food materials in bulk, and learn to cook. Every meal. Take the extra 20 minutes to cook instead of settling for a 4 minute microwaved goyslop that's been frozen since 1970. Every meal. No more TV dinners goddamnit. Post recipe suggestions
