I'm not an expert nor very wise on what inalambric technologies and, well, basically, how the internet and massive connections work, but... I wonder if the kind of website, or, idea that you have, wouldn't be prone to illegal things and misuse. It reminds me of the "deep web" where you can't access certain sites normally, and very, very little people know how to access it.
I wonder if information could move freely and comfortably in that kind of network, and if it would really be an alternative to normal social sites if the objective is interacting and sharing information with others around the world, or at least, in a small area like a city. And I think it's kind of a benefit for some websites to have accounts so that we can talk and recognize other people with more ease in comparison to 4chan, where everyone has the right to be an asshole because their anonimity protects them.
I think, why not create a social site where you CAN maintain your anonimity, WHILE allowing others to create an account and talk with others in private chats? Kind of like, mixing 4chan, facebook and reddit in one place!
This sounds very dumb probably, but that would be my ideal website.
