basically my point was just being grateful for things not being much worse rather than being angry at them not being far better, i guess, cause im figuring that theyre getting the adequate amount of energy out and not bothering further than that
and i feel like giving them credit for that idk
and now that i think about it, it could also be a long-term plan sort of thing
maybe their end goal is this world of absolute suffering for every single person involved, sure
but since their powers only go as far as influencing, they just have to slowly bring this world into come after figuring out how it would be
so we could be in the middle of a really long plan to create this insane fucked up dystopia where they can farm all the suffering they want out of it
so in that sense we're still lucky because we arent the people far in the future that has to deal with that shit lol
but honestly with how the world is in its state, it could be argued that we're at pretty much the end goal the demons have anyway
and in that case idk, yea shit could be worse i guess so i guess the demons arent that bad
