>>15853500It's teal, right? I wonder what to say about it. I don't know why, but, do you know this feeling that you get for a little while after you eat certain candy, like lollipops or gummies? I don't really know how to describe the feeling, it's not really a good one, and I've no idea if it's a thing for everybody. The best I could describe it is, it feels like your mind is in an uncomfortable sitting position. Does that make any sense? Likely not.
Anyhow, the weird part, looking at that color just reminds me very strongly of that feeling, for some reason. Maybe because it just reminds me of a certain flavor, and I've almost nothing else to associate it with? Since it's not really a color that you see in a lot of places, or think about it even if you do. Might be so, then.
Besides that, visually, I'd be pretty towards saying that I dislike it. Probably because it resembles murky water for me, like if you dirtied a perfect cup of clear water, that water being the usual blue. It's also bleak looking, it's as if like I'm looking down on a sick person by staring at a wall of that color, do you get that? It's just the unhealthier and less successful in life counterpart to bright blue.
And with me saying that, you'd definitely figure that I just don't like the color very much. But honestly, I do. Not because of anything relating to the thoughts from before, it even undoes all of it. The reason is pretty simple, I think it's just Windows 98. That turquoise wallpaper it has to it. It just gives you such a warm feeling looking at it along with all the desktop icons and everything. I suppose it's generic to think so, but I really love the whole aesthetic. And it's all completely unintentional, I don't think that it was made with the purpose of being looked at so fondly in the future, they just wanted to make a desktop. Nostalgia does have a play in it, probably as a whole. But even so, the cozy feeling is really there. Part 1.
