Around 2004-2005 traps and trannies started appearing in Tirana. An investigation was put out to try and find the cause. First it was thought the people were part of a traffic and drug ring. Some were, but later it was found some people being that way without using illegal drugs and being traffic victims. The first hypothesis was that they had some kind of mental illness, but later psychology professors thought it was related with violence while young or not going out enough. The search was put on hold to not be opened again, but I was not satisfied with the results. I had my doubts on a matter, so I asked every tranny one question and they all answered yes.
