But beyond that, the Home Office was long part of American culture before corporatization of everything. Sales men, Engineers, Architects, Lawyers, Insurance Brokers, Financial planners, physicians, and dentists worked out of well furnished offices in their homes, garages, or basements for decades up into the 1980's.
I for one have a home office, I encourage my friends to have home offices. An office, or study, should be a sanctuary for a man, where he can not only get work done, but can also read, write, or unwind with a cigar or pipe after the kids are asleep. There's nothing more chad than having an office in your own home.
I've said it before, and ill say it again. One of the big ways we right this ship is by embracing the manly traditions of our grandfathers. The way they worked, spoke, dressed, and above all else, fathered, when our country and the West was at it's peak.
