nhentai.net', but that's about all as long as you are using HTTPS. The contents of the page and the URLs are encrypted by HTTPS so they won't be able to see that.
As for the website though, nhentai can log your accesses if they want, might be a waste of server space though.
It's feasible that some porn websites might be honeypots that do log accesses and work with the police, especially ones offering lolita content, but there's no evidence I've seen that they do do this.
HTTP runs over TCP, so once you connect to a website's server, that server sees your IP address and can do whatever it wants with it. IP spoofing doesn't really work anymore but if that part worries you you can invest in a VPN or use a proxy network like Tor.
