I don't know why, but sometimes if I go back to sleep after a certain amount of time sleeping I feel more tired than before. I can get into a cycle of sleeping much longer than normal.
I'm always sleep deprived, staying awake longer than 24 hours regularly, my longest time awake being 50 hours. My sleep schedule is straight up fucked.
