The mass arrests psyop has been ongoing since 2012, and probably before that. A scenario where corruption is rooted out and publically televised is nothing new. A lot of this ties into NESARA and the idea of a global financial revolution. It seems like they tweaked it for 2016 with Trump's presidency and how he also promised to end corrruption. They utilized Q to provide the same message. Here's a 2012 video with that premise:
