>>17654947I'm from Texas and dry rub is more preferred down here. What most people do now is they add freshly squeezed oranges with the dry rub to marinade and if it needs sugar you can use honey at the end of it or a fruit glaze.
I do not understand why people enjoy wet rub BBQ so dam much. Its the same thing of using molasses and brown sugar in bean recipes. Nasty shit.
