You may or may not have to run with the expectation of being raided with CP, especially if you have rival communities or come from 4chan - not that the admins and devs care, because they are pedophiles. If it was a mystery before, all that weird infant speak they do through the graphical interface is the result of this.
Having been an artist I had to deal with this crap because it's the "must have" thing. I hate artists now and both live and work in complete isolation.
