This book contains the manifesto as well as other writings. So it's a bit of a package deal if you can find it cheap.
Also I'm working on Walden right now (Henry David Thoreau) which was suggested to me. I think it's a pretty good next book when exploring the idea of reducing your technological dependence. It offers a much more balanced perspective on the issue.
