Start waking up early (5AM-8AM) and take a COLD SHOWER (cold water will fire you up and kill your boner for a while). Drink WATER ONLY. Don't eat in the morning until you've HAD A RUN. Clean up your diet--meat and vegetables should be your main source of food. Start wearing jeans and a tight belt around the house and stop touching your dick. STAY OUT of your house as much as possible--START LIFTING. At night, meditate, read, or play vidya. Just stay off Google and the Chans for a while. You need a purpose as well. Make self-improvement your purpose until you realize the finer things in life--like art, history, science, and philosophy--but that won't happen until you get fit, have self-control, and lack perversion.
If you can do all this--and it's not hard by the way--you will lose fat, build muscle and testosterone, and most importantly, you will build CONFIDENCE AND SELF CONTROL. You'll know you've improved when you have more clarity, energy, and aggression. You will have a lot of energy after a week of no fap. Channel it away from your dick.
