Don't try calling her or texting or apologizing, that will only fuel her sense of revenge. Best thing you can do is show that you regret and try to change and not just talk words: stop drinking, work on yourself, learn something like cooking, invite your sister to done places (idk, bowling, riding a horse and such). She'll notice that it affected you the way needed and will try to improve relations herself.
