>>10704136yeah. basically it has a chance when you cast a spell to give you a lot of one stat and the buff can stack a few times, but the chance is low enough that it would be better to just have the regular amount of that stat all the time like most weapons do. it's so bad that it might be worth just keeping my 465 staff equipped instead
