i'm taking a break from into the breach. yesterday i had another perfect run, 30% grid defense, got all the upgrades i wanted, went with full power grid to the final island, didn't lose any grid points during the first fight. second fight was going pretty solid too but then my dad's toaster crashed and when it does that it needs a 15 minute break before it can boot again. i figured it's fine since the game saves every nanosecond anyway.
then when i came back idk what happened but i must have forgotten the situation or forgotten to move a mech or overlooked something but my punching mech got rekt by an instakill environmetal effect. unironically bummed me out
