If I eat one whole without chewing it, no reaction happens, which makes me suspect the garlic isn't digested properly.
If I eat one and chew it before I sink it, it will start hurting my stomach. It's almost as if the garlic is releasing some sort of acid that's wrecking my stomach, and it hurts and feels like my stomach isn't build to handle that type of overload.
Am I just doing it wrong or what?
