Look, you want to enjoy lifewith out them right? Well the answer is simple. It was something whites did back in the 80's. All white people did was leave blacks to their own devices and let them go un opposed in their neighborhoods. Blacks stayed on their side of town and had their own street justice system, whites were not involved unless that nog got uppity and crossed the invisible line.
Keep the police out of black hoods, don't bother blacks, don't engage them, and let them be no matter how many of them kill each other.
