i think they like to make batman “medieval” a bit which is pretty obvious with names like “dark knight” but im not sure about that i think if i made him have medieval elements at all it would almost be more feudal then medieval like i think gotham is supposed to be kind of feudal or some shit and medieval but the way it’s been portrayed in comics in the past has kind of horrified me because if i did medieval then it would be like Camelot for me
