>>9328233>It's meant to be rough and tumble out therenope.
I had enough "rough and tumble" camping when I was a little girl camping with my family.
Had enough of that to last me a life time.
I refuse to be cold and shake violently in my sleeping bag. (sub 0 rated sleeping bad, the absolute best of the best of thermal layers)
I refuse to be eaten by bugs. (winter camping/netting/bug spray)
I refuse to get rained out. (waterproofed everything)
I refuse to be bored. (tablet/internet)
I refuse to work my ass off to start a fire. (cotton balls soaked in vasaline)
I refuse to not have a comfy sleep. (inflatable camping mat)
I refuse to work my ass off just to put up my tent. (tent that have clips rather than sleeves)
I refuse to not be able to sleep in because the sun comes up. (lightweight silk eyemask)
I refuse to not have yummy food when I'm enjoying being outdoors.
And slowly but surely I've been building up my gear and skills to where being innawoods is no different than being at home.
