archive.org for free along with tons of other old black and white classic movies. Even a huge section just for film noir styled movies. Another one I thought was good was The Maltese Falcon. Also if you can try checking out some of the early pre 1940s film noir films. A couple ended up being fairly good. Also if it has Humprey Bogart or James Cagney its probably going to be a fairly decent movie overall (they werent really in that many crap movies imo).
