"Not all women" fags miss the point. Yeah it may technically be true, but it doesn't change the fact you've been repeatedly wronged by a group and are hurt/angry/blackpilled because of it.
You don't actually have to change what you think about them, but you should try your best to distract yourself. Focus on hobbies and if you have 4chan x use the filter to hide threads mentioning women, whores, dating, etc.
That way you won't feel angry and helpless over retarded women getting away with doing retarded things. Out of sight out of mind.
