>>16955228To be fair WFH wasn't a thing here until covid19 pandemic started. Nowadays some companies want do go hybrid. It's very hard to go full office when no one wants it anymore. My comp approach is that whoever goes to the office has some "free" things to eat in the kitchen. Also whenever some event happens internally they will order pizzas and whatnot. Still not going to office kek
