I've got my own esoteric take on this but I'm prepared to cosign the idea that blacks don't dream, and that dreams are Aryan Noosphere psychic communion. The reason you don't see us there (or if you do, it is extremely rare) is that we aren't there. Only a certain class of Bantu has the neural capacity for dreaming, the rest are merely receptors to be controlled for mass action--hunts, dancing, war. Think about it and it makes sense.
Consider which cultures place strong emphasis on dreams and visions, and which ones place strong emphasis on ecstatic rituals.
