THAT is what OP is asking about, OP wants to know why it is used LIKE THIS. It pops up like this in all sorts of contexts, and it makes no sense.

This isn't an issue entirely separate from politics (I kind of don't like the word politics but I use it for lack of better words) given men not reproducing, and any issue of inceldom becoming a large scale problem, is going to have some impact on society.

I think it's a matter of young men being young men, and gaining a political awareness and awareness of societal issues, with not having sex following.
