So while you can own things like bolt action rifles it doesn't seem you can own any "military" hardware like AK's and AR's. I'm not sure how far that extends since things like the lee enfield are technically "military" hardware because they were in service of the British military as their main service rifle for a long time.
See here in America I can own any gun I want provided I pay for it and fill out the correct paperwork.

On a non-gun note we have a local law in Vegas that you can't sleep in any public place if there's room at a homeless shelter (which there always is technically) and if you're found can be arrested for vagrancy.
Romania seems to have had something called parasitism laws in the 70's that had something similar but it's no longer applicable.
