40% of transgenders have attempted "suicide" according to a mostly bullshit study (the actual rate is probably lower) and again these are attempts, not actual deaths.
The actual death by suicide rate is almost surely vastly lower then 40%.
I'd assume its lower then 10% though reliable statistics for such things almost surely don't and cannot exist because of weaknesses in reporting/data collection related to such things.
