just realize that it's mostly fake virtue signaling, and that you can use each sentiment both ways.
example:
if you are a woman or a minority or something: use diversity to unite HR and all the women to prop you up. no one is gonna say anything because they're afraid of seeming bigoted.
if you are a sour cream milk toast male:
use all the senior boomers' xenophobia and misogyny to prop you up with all their existing political clout. no one is gonna say anything because they're afraid of stalling their career by angering the silverbacks.
the corporate workplace is mostly 20/60/20 liberal, noncommittal, conservative. like in real politics, all you need to win is to mobilize more people for your cause than the counter movement can. which side you tap to get ahead is irrelevant. you can even play both extremes against the middle or the middle against both extremes.
