Second necrobumping is done by everyone not just me, If cirno is board culture as you say why are they endlessly necrobumped? you can just easily let it archive and make another one, given it's mod approved spam and almost everyone hides them immediately, save for a few tards who still can't let go of the past feeling the need to make this board feel like 2017 again.
