Man exists on the lowly end of a long hierarchy of beings, corporeal and incorporeal, in an existential food chain. Just as we must consume other living things to survive, so too must our Archonic creators/devourers consume our subtler energies in the form of "loosh" (which is especially potent when derived by strong sensations such as fear, love, anger, etc.). We were created for the purpose of Harvest. There exists nothing else and no mystic tradition that claims otherwise is worth much time pondering.
