If you live in a shithole like Chicago, where violent criminals roam free and assault and murder people routinely and without fear of any consequences, maybe shooting them repeatedly when they're trying to flee isn't such a bad crime-fighting strategy, because you know the same guy will just try to mug someone else tomorrow, and maybe even take revenge on you with his buddies when you walk down the same street next week. Cleansing the gene pool and instilling fear in criminals doesn't deserve swift execution by cops in my book. You're not going to convince me otherwise.
