I'm also a talented amateur boxer, love to swim, and do yoga, where I focus on balance, flexibility and discipline. This has given me far more aesthetic results than roided out manlets.
Pic related is of me at 31. I don't take any supplements besides creatine, whey and shilajit. I also don't diet. I eat intuitively - only eating when I'm hungry and whatever sounds best to me in that moment. A healthy body doesn't have unhealthy cravings and is capable of self regulation.
