There's no way a country is going to risk the mass rape and sex slave capture of their soldiers. It would be completely demoralising.
Some countries in WW2 (like the Japanese) were bad enough to male soldiers and civilian women, imagine what they'd do to women trying to kill them.
In addition, imagine the destruction women soldiers would cause intermingled with male soldiers on the same side. You'd have rapes, women getting pregnant to escape the front, unequal treatment leading to resentment, people falling in love only to watch their lover get their brains blown out and thus going mad, etc.
Women have no place on the battlefield aside from meme positions.
