that thing actually could fly in the time it was in because earth was a teeny tiny bit different and that fucks up everything thats normal right now
however if it were alive now it could probably just glide for a while if it jumped off somewhere high, absolutely not fly like it used to.
stuff like pterodactyls tho could probably fly since they went a bit overkill on the wings
