>>21230814Kelly is initially a little surprised when Sheila rolls out of the ring, seemingly concerned about Reina. It was a stark contrast to what she was used to - Cassie or Kasumi would be stomping the shit out of a downed opponent by now. Besides, as far as Kelly is concerned, Reina was just one of Deathproof’s goons. She had it coming. So why did Sheila care?
But then Kelly has another thought. Of how Sheila made sure she got to hospital the night Nikki tackled her through a window, even at a time when Sheila could have easily dismissed her as one of Cassie’s goons. But she didn’t, even after everything that happened between her and Cassie, because of that same compassion she was showing Reina now.
Kelly tosses her mic away and leaves the ring, approaching Sheila with a roguish grin on her face.
> Okay, fine, fiiiine. Maybe I overdid it just a little. And if you think that was too much, then I’m sorry. Not to her. But to you, because I value your opinion. A lot.> But Reina’s still one of Deathproof. And she did try to expose the steel under those turnbuckle pads. Twice. She would have rammed your face into if she had her way. And that’s not a thought I like.> So don’t get me wrong, Sheila, that good heart of yours is one of many things I like about you, and I'm well aware that it’s what opened the door to this little journey we’re on.> But some people...She glares at Reina, then her gaze passes over the crowd, before softening as her focus returns to Sheila.
> Some people, like Kanako and her girls, don’t deserve your good heart. Her voice drops to a near whisper.
> Some people deserve a Widowmaker, doing Widowmaker things.
