Russia sends prisoners, middle aged men, chechens, and asians to do most of the fighting and dying. They import a few million white Ukranians.
Europe, in exchange for its military stocks (which the US wants them to get rid of so they can buy more) and a few thousand “mercenaries and advisors” gets millions of Ukrainian refugees, white people, who will easily integrate into their countries.
Ukraine has always been a shithole country since the collapse of the USSR, blowing the whole place up, splitting it up, and starting over is honestly kinda genius. In a year or two, the situation will be so different in Europe that this war will seem like ancient history.
