2 mile walk or Jog/ - just keep good cardio conditioning.
40-50 pushups every 2/3 days - just to have enough strength to resist someone giving you problems or to push or shove your way to safety in an emergency
15 minutes of Stretching daily - just to increase blood flow and circulation
And that's about it. Anything more is just overkill and you're actually wearing your body down for no reason. Men and Women who were gym rats in their 20s and 30s have multiple health issues when they reach their 60s, heart issues being a big part of them. The human body wasn't made to overkill itself, especially in this pussified world where it's not even called for.
Do the bare minimum lads. Dad bods get the ladies now.
