i did deadlift for 120 once and hurt my ass and from that point decided i didn't like them
there is no squat wrack in my backyard and i did muay thai so i counted that as legs. i thought these numbers were good relative to bodyweight because im not a big man
nowadays i just barely do it. my dream routine is some complicated GVT (pyramiding the weight twice, not necessarily 10 sets but if i get to 5 at least, i can stop) purely dumbbell, 6 compound lift shit that i designed up. i have days i actually do this but they're so far apart its pointless.
it would be all dumbbells because i don't have a spotter and especially on bench since its so many sets its likely to go to exhaustion. so i'd be fucked i guess with a barbell
should do that properly this year
