But seriously though just want to say thanks to the fags that make these /sig/ threads, even though (((mods))) delete them they got me started one month ago to improving myself.
Me right now:
>Stopped playing video games>Getting better at gardening>Eat healthy and full nutrition plan, on a cut and can just see second row of abs for first time in life>Go to Gym>Overall feel and think much better, which means I can now study better and feel more motivatedI still need to work on reading but its difficult to find time because I travel about 5 hours a day to and from Sydney, and I usually use that time to sleep.
